Hello! I’m Bri,

As a counsellor, I take pride in adopting a client-centered, holistic approach. I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own life, possessing the incredible capacity to create the change you need. In our sessions, I aim to provide a safe and genuine space where empathy and non-judgment thrive. Your well-being is my priority.

My counseling style is informed by trauma-informed and feminist perspectives. I am particularly dedicated to serving marginalized populations, including the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I understand the unique challenges and experiences faced by individuals within these communities, and I strive to provide inclusive and affirming support.

Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in the mental health field, including working in youth residential care and treatment, as well as collaborating with families in various capacities. This diverse background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding anxiety and depression. Whether it’s battling depression’s grip or managing overwhelming anxiety, I am here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support throughout your journey.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in psychology from the University of Calgary, and I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. My journey has always been driven by a deep passion for working with people and supporting them on their path to healing.

I am well-versed in addressing a range of issues such as trauma, addictions, eating disorders, body image, self-harm, and self-esteem. Together, we will tailor counseling strategies that meet your unique needs and goals.
