What if I cannot make it to my appointment?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged for the session. Missed appointments are charged the full fee for the session.
There are a range of valid reasons for cancelling an appointment. In order to be consistent with all clients, fees for cancelling sessions will only be waived in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment or a death in the family. Please make every effort to cancel appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

What types of payment do you accept?
Major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard), email money transfer, Paypal and cash are all accepted as payment for service. Email money transfers must be paid before the start of the session.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at each session. Credit card details are kept on file using a Level-1 PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant provider – the highest level of security available. This means that payment for your appointment is conveniently done automatically after your session, so you don’t need to produce or swipe your card at every session. Please note, we do not keep a copy of your card number.
Can I use my insurance to cover some or all of the fee for therapy?
We will supply you with a receipt that has all the information you need to provide, in order to submit a claim to your insurance company. If you plan to use your insurance, please call them prior to the first session (the telephone number is on the back of your insurance card) and ask them the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- Does my plan cover the services of a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)?
- How much does my plan cover per visit?
- How much does my plan cover annually?
- Is there anything else I should be aware of, that I have not asked?
I reached out to your clinic but didn’t hear back from anyone.
