Hello! I would love to be part of your village and have worked with adults, children, youth and families since 2017 in both the public and private worlds. I offer various evidence based yet gentle and creative interventions for change at any age. I am a happy mother, part of a first-responder family and a fierce mindfulness and mental health advocate.

My approach to therapy is:

I have specialized training in various areas including:

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy
• Play Therapy
• Creative Arts.

I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and a Registered Counselling Therapist offering services to clients in both Alberta and Newfoundland. I have extensive training and supervision in Play Therapy and am working towards a certification and designation as a Certified Play Therapist with the Canadian Association for Play Therapy (CAPT).
