Are you parenting a child with ADHD?

You are not alone.

Join our supportive counselling group designed to help parents gain tools, share experiences, and build confidence in navigating the challenges and joys of raising a child with ADHD.

Our lead facilitator Lori has 20 years experience working with parents and children and ADHD and aside from a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland she has attended numerous professional development training and parenting courses on Parenting neurodiverse children, specifically Autism Spectrum and ADHD.

Shanker Self Reg ® :

a powerful method for understanding stress and managing one’s flow of energy. It is a practical paradigm through which parents and teachers can better understand their children’s stress, and enhance their own self-regulation.

PEERS ® :

a Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills. This program is used in over 150 countries around the globe and is world-renowned for providing evidence-based social skills programs to preschoolers, adolescents, and young adults who are interested in developing and maintaining close friendships and romantic relationships.

What you’ll gain:

✔️ A safe, supportive space to share and connect with other parents

Who should join:

🔵 Parents, guardians, or caregivers of children diagnosed with ADHD (all ages welcome)

Sundays: Sept 21, 2025 until November 9 2025

1.5hour sessions

6:30pm – 8:00pm

$200 (for up to two caregivers)
