We will supply you with a receipt that has all the information you need to provide, in order to submit a claim to your insurance company. If you plan to use your insurance, please call them prior to the first session (the telephone number is on the back of your insurance card) and ask them the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- Does my plan cover the services of a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)?
- How much does my plan cover per visit?
- How much does my plan cover annually?
- Is there anything else I should be aware of, that I have not asked?
Do you offer direct billing to insurance?
